Historic Market Square is a former furniture factory that has been transformed into unique upscale showrooms. The building features five floors with an incredible backdrop of original hardwood floors, exposed brick, massive wood columns and other original features of this repurposed factory complex. Market Square is North Carolina’s largest adaptive-use building listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Designer Resource Center
The Designer Resource Center is back and opening in a new location on the third floor of Market Square (#324). Formerly located in the IHFC Wrenn Lobby, the DRC has lockers to store your belongings while you shop market and offers coffee and light breakfast every morning along with drinks and afternoon snacks. The DRC is the only professional lounge offering workspaces, resources, education, and a library for interior designers attending the High Point Market. Come peruse the catalog collection from designer-friendly showrooms at High Point Market and plan your market visits.
After Market, the DRC will be open to daily, Monday - Friday, available for designers to use whenever they are shopping within Market Square.

Saturday – Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
Hours of Operation After Market
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
